Holiday apartments in Tuscany

To make a reservation, please fill out the availability request form or send an e-mail to info@vacanzecarducci.it, or call 339 4675605 (Franco).

• No later than 24 hours after your request, you will be notified of any availability required, the total cost and the amount of the down payment.
• Confirmation of the reservation is subject to a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, the balance must be paid upon arrival.
• In order for your reservation to be final, therefore, a bank transfer must be sent.
• Your reservation will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or copy of the transfer receipt by email.
• A deposit of € 200 must be paid on arrival, which will be returned on departure.

• Animals not allowed;
• Apartments are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure;
• Weekly change from Saturday to Saturday

Included in the weekly rates of each apartment:

• Final cleaning (excluding dishwashing and waste disposal);
• Consumption of electricity, water and gas;
• Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen;
• WIFI internet access, safe, covered parking;
• Use of the swimming pool (approximately from the beginning of June to the end of September, weather conditions permitting), satellite TV, barbecue, laundry;

Excluded from the weekly rates of each apartment:

• Tourist tax: € 1.00 per night per person over 12 years old;
• Additional changes of bed, bathroom and kitchen linen on request and for an extra charge;
• Daily cleaning on request and against payment;
• Extra bed € 60.00
